8fb8 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1. Eligibility

Use of the 8fb8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. 8fb8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account. Registration on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 8fb8 or any other gambling platform with which 8fb8 maintains a self-exclusion sharing arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, agent, officer, director, or affiliate of 8fb8, or any related business, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 8fb8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed through the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all mobile wallet payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 8fb8 wallet balance in real time for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods may vary. 8fb8 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You may not withdraw to a payment account that is registered in a name different from your 8fb8 account name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 8fb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the source of funds cannot be verified to a satisfactory standard.
• 8fb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games, betting markets, and interactive features available on the 8fb8 platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these rules.

• All game outcomes on 8fb8 are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer in real time. 8fb8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the platform are final and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bet being recorded, 8fb8 will investigate and apply a fair resolution.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results as published by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket including BPL). 8fb8 reserves the right to void markets in the event of abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary circumstances.
• Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, abuse of promotional offers, and use of any software or strategy designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be suspended immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

8fb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating duplicate accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of fraudulent or altered identity documents.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 8fb8 staff or other players, whether through in-platform messaging, email, or any other communication channel.
• Where 8fb8 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8fb8 limits its liability as follows. Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• 8fb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• 8fb8 shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or third-party payment provider outages.
• In all cases where 8fb8 is found to be liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8fb8 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8fb8 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to 8fb8's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being referred to customer support, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedures described in any applicable regulatory framework. 8fb8 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.
